I am an Accredited Member of the BACP. I am also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). 

• Your personal data is stored for up to seven years after the completion of therapy in line with ICO guidance and recommendation from my insurer.
• For online counselling  and supervision sessions I use Zoom, which states that it is GDPR compliant. 
• I do not share any client or supervisee personal data for personal gain.
• Aspects of our sessions are anonymised and taken to my own supervision to monitor my practice.
• Confidentiality is maintained except in three circumstances; to protect you and others from serious harm and to comply with the law. 
• When confidentiality is to be broken, I will make efforts to discuss this decision with you, although it may not always be feasible.
